Yesterday I made cupcakes using this recipe, but I used cup4cup gluten free flour for a relative who suffers from celiac’s disease. They are moist and delicious. You’d never know they were gluten free.

Truly excellent! So moist, not cloying sweet even though there’s lots of sugar! Perfect ratio of cake to icing. Everyone loved it. I made my own “buttermilk” with vinegar and 5% cream. Weighing ingredients is better than using measuring cups. You hit it out of the park with this one Sally!
