Hi Jessie, we haven’t tested this bread, or any of our bread recipes, with spelt flour, so we’re unsure of the results. It would likely take some tweaking, as it may not be an easy 1:1 swap. Let us know if you decide to do any experimenting!

I cooked my blueberries with a little sugar and thickened them with cornstarch. Cooled and layered them into batter. Worked perfectly. Love the texture of the bread and also love that it’s not overly sweet. Sally’s recipes never disappoint.
